We hope you love our Happy Tabs but if you're not 100% happy, please email us within 30 days of receiving your product (or first subscription order) so we can help.
We are happy to accept un-opened products within 30 days of postal delivery. Please email email@example.com with the subject RETURN so we know to look out for your package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges and we can't offer exchanges on any of our products. We can not accept opened jars or full jars that have been exposed to conditions outside of our control. We will only accept products that are unopened products.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to prevent delays.
We can't provide a refund for a request that is received by Happy Tabs more than 30 days after the date of original order. We also do not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Happy Tabs Vof, Kastanjeweg 36, 1092CG Amsterdam, Netherlands.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
